I started this because I was tired of clients being left in the dark.
I trained as a carpenter, ran sites for fifteen years, and watched the same thing happen on nearly every job — a client signs off a design, then spends six months chasing people for answers.
Holt & Co. runs differently. You get one point of contact, a fixed price before we lift a tool, and a weekly update with photographs whether there is good news or not. Twelve of our trades are in-house, so when something needs fixing we are not waiting on somebody else's diary.

Build
One site manager, in-house trades, and a photographed progress report every Friday afternoon.
Stage 04
Handover
Deep clean, full snagging walk-through and a two-year workmanship guarantee in writing.
